The hypocrisy of German politicians is blatant. Or is it that ex-politicians like Tymoshenko are to be considered untouchable ubermensch and safe from political (and other) trials, while retired Ford assembly plant workers are untermensch and can be tried and retried across all countries of this planet in the interest of some realpolitik game.
The Germans will be quick to point out the constitutional independence of their courts while having no qualms about denying the same presumption of Ukraine’s courts.
